I like Bunnicula is just chilling at the end, luring children away from “normal” with his bun bun swag.

I though the “Vlad Tepes was inspiration for the Stoker novel” theory was still disputed, am I wrong?

Stoker took the name (which he thought was cool) and pretty much nothing else.  This chart says that other versions made the connection explicit, which is sadly true.

So somebody found a source for the word “nosferatu” predating Emily Gerard’s famous “Transylvanian Superstitions” article (which Bram Stoker used as his source for the word in Dracula) by twenty years. This is really exciting if you are a total dork like I am.

Woah!  I’d always just accepted the story that Stoker had mangled the word for plague-carrier.
